Hi friends, the summer is approaching now and it will be at its peak within a month or two. We need to concentrate more on the most important part of the body that is skin. Dermatologist says that prolonged exposure to sun can cause brown spots, red spots, skin dryness, wrinkles and the most worst is skin cancer. Skin Cancer is caused by the ultraviolet rays produced by the sun, it penetrates deep into the skin and damage cells. Sunburn is very dangerous for people at any stage of life but it is most risky for younger ones and children. 

Below are the few ways by which we can protect our skin during summer:

• Sunscreen cream- Apply good quality sunscreen cream and it should always be applied before 30 minutes of stepping out. The cream should be a combination of sunscreen and moisturizer. Most of the sunscreens cream with an SPF of 15 would work well and would give protection against ultraviolet rays.
• Proper hydration – Drink plenty of water and remain hydrated most of the times in summer, since during summer skin looses most of the moisture, therefore water is very essential.
• Sleep Well-   Never over exhaust and sleep properly for 7-8 hours a day.
• Face wash- Use good quality face wash twice a day that is morning and in the evening.
• Lip Balm- Apply Lip Balm regularly for beautiful and soft lips.
• Limit yourself from going outside-  Avoid yourself from going outside in the sun at peak time that is 10 A.M to 3 P. M since this is the period when the sun rays are hottest and can cause maximum damage to your skin.
• Maintain proper diet- Eat lot of fruits and vegetables during summer and green tea is also a good option for heath during this season.

2. Dilli Haat- If you wish to buy traditional handicrafts items along with tasty food, you should give it a go, it is a complete open air market.

3. Chandni Chowk- If you wish to shop items at reasonable rate, it is great place to visit, and the items are not costly as Connaught place. Chandni Chowk is famous for wedding lehengas, sherwani, suits, ornaments and jewellery, traditional shoes which can easily be purchased at ballimaran.

4. Greater Kailash- Greater Kailash market consists of two shopping areas, M-Block and N-Block. It is famous for street food-corners, showrooms and local outlets for shopping in Delhi. The market remains closed on Tuesday.

5. Palika Bazar-  The place is next to Connaught place and New Delhi railway station, it is a under -ground market and completely air conditioned, if someone wants to buy electronic good and latest fashion clothes at a cheap rate, it is a good option to go for shopping. Note- The art of bargaining is very decisive, if you are shopping in Palika Bazar.

6. If you wish to buy accessories, kurtis, bags, purses, sarees and chickan embroidery work clothes, it is one of the best options to try. Once again make sure to do bargaining while shopping.

8. Daryaganj - It is situated in old Delhi and famous for books shop. Sunday book market as the name denote only opens on Sunday and it’s a very long market, the market get opened at 9:30 A.M. We can easily purchase all types of book in Daryaganj at a reasonable price. The place is very near to Chawri Bazar and Chandni Chowk.

Hi friends, we are living in an era where most of the things are online like shopping, booking hotels, trains,  flights, scheduling doctor’s appointment, ordering food , transferring funds, we know that digitization and online world have made our life much easier and most of the stuffs can be easily made available on the single click of a button at our doorsteps , but we should always be cautious enough while using these new generation features.

Today I would like to educate everyone on one of the major threats of modern online world that is Identity theft and basic measures to prevent.  Identity theft  basically means stealing someone personal information and misusing, it is a crime wherein the cheater steals the major piece of personal information such as:

·         Full name (if not common).
·         Home address.
·         Email address (if private from an association/club membership, etc.).
·         National identification number.
·         Passport number.
·         IP address (in some cases).
·         Vehicle registration plate number.
·         Driver's license number.
·         Face, fingerprints, or handwriting.
·         Credit card numbers.
·         Digital identity.
·         Date of birth.
·         Birthplace.
·         Genetic information.
·         Telephone number.
·         Login name, screen name, nickname, or handle.

All the above mentioned piece of information can be wrongly used and con artist can imitate someone else, creating a criminal record on behalf of the victim. The thief might open a new credit card account, bank account, take cellular phone service etc. The thief also can get access to the login credentials and use personal account of the victim and change all the information and create havoc.
