We all love to have beautiful long shining hair but most of us pay little attention to this important component of the body, the hairs are always exposed to dirt, heat, cold etc and remains mostly uncovered in all the weather conditions.  Shining long and thick hair of women always attracts Men’s attention.  Girls having long and thick hair are considered to be healthy and complete.

Moreover, hair shows the overall personality of women as well men and it increases the confidence of person. The importance of hair reflects in old traditional royal cultures as well wherein most of the princess and queens used various ways to keep healthy hair.

Below are some of the useful tips to keep your hair healthy:

  • Use coconut oil regularly and it is equivalent to good quality conditioner.
  • Mustard oil can also be used for hair growth and to strengthen the hair. Old people mostly our grandparents suggests mustard oil hair massage which is really effective.
  • Almond oil should be used before sleeping to keep our hair shining and silky smooth.
  • Tea oil is also very good for shining and beautiful hair.
  • We should always avoid hot shower bath, it makes hair dull and brittle.
  • Drink lots of water and stay hydrated during the day time.
  • Always keep your hair clean and it is essential to wash hair twice or thrice in a week.
  • Avoid coming damp hair as it might take out the hair from the root.
  • It is important to know that hair is made up of protein so we should include protein rich food in our daily diet.
  • We should also include food that are rich in Iron, Zinc, Vitamin A, C, E, Omega 3 fatty acids, Biotin.
  • We should also avoid too much of over shampoo as it decreases the essential hair oil present in our head.
